DESCRIPTION: Our honeymoon villa located in the Akbel region of Kalkan, this special villa, which combines modern comfort with a unique city view, promises a magnificent holiday with its accommodation capacity for 4 people. While the city lights add a different color to the night, sipping your coffee with the panoramic view during the day invites you to a completely different peace

It offers an ideal accommodation opportunity both for separating friends with its fully equipped kitchen, stylish seating area and 2 separate bedrooms. It creates a great environment for losing the day during the sunbathing delay and for a pleasant dinner. Thanks to its close location in the city, access to restaurants, chain markets and cultural events is provided. It is an ideal choice for students who want to be close to both nature and city life.

1. BEDROOM: There is a double bed, jacuzzi, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom & WC. (There is a balcony and a sitting area)

2nd BEDROOM: There are two single beds, a nightstand, a wardrobe, air conditioning, a bathroom & WC. (There is a balcony and a sitting area)

LIVING ROOM: The living room has an L-shaped seating group, TV, coffee table and air conditioning.

KITCHEN: The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dining table and chairs, air conditioning, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, hood, oven, dinnerware, pans and pots, cutlery.

GARDEN: In the garden there is a private sheltered swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, garden seating area, dining table and chairs, and barbecue.

INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time, there may be problems with the internet connection. Internet use; access to social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas costs are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. are not included in the insurance prices. All our villas that are intertwined with nature are regularly disinfected. With all this, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surroundings. We definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas where the pool is sheltered.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damage, breakage, spillage, etc. A deposit of 5000 TL is taken as basis at the entrance. Any problems such as breakage, loss or damage can be returned at the exit of the villa without being resolved.

NOTE: Reservations are accepted for an extra 3000 ₺ cleaning fee for accommodations of  5 nights or less.

NOTE: Kalkan is a settlement built on its slopes. In order to reach all our villas in Kalkan and its surroundings, you have to go uphill and some villas can be reached with 300-400 meters of stabilization.
