DESCRIPTION: Located in Kalkan
Akbel / İncebel region, this spacious luxury honeymoon villa has a capacity of
4 people with two bedrooms. Our villa, which has been designed in a very
tasteful way, is very special in everything and equipped in a way that you will
never want to leave, so that you will have many opportunities that thousands of
people benefit from in the most luxurious hotel or holiday village. Our villa
generally has a private swimming pool & pool terrace, large living room
& open-plan kitchen, game room, cinema room, sports room, Turkish bath,
large ultraluxurious jacuzzi and 2 luxurious bedrooms.

modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave,

GARDEN: There
is a sheltered private swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, dining table
and chairs, swing and barbecue in the garden.
INTERNET: The
villa has Wi -Fi. Internet connection problems may occur due to the
infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We
do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 2000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For
stays of 5 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 2000 ₺
cleaning fee.
NOTE : In
terms of its geographical structure, Kalkan is a settlement built on a slope.
To reach all our villas in Kalkan and its surroundings, it is uphill and some
villas can be accessed by stabilized roads of 300-400 meters.
