and modern architecture. Villa Otantik, which aims to have a pleasant time for
its guests with its large garden and pool, is waiting for you for a peaceful
holiday. Air conditioning is standard in all bedrooms and living room.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 10000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For
stays of 7 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 10000TL
cleaning fee.
NOTE : In terms of its geographical structure, Kalkan is a settlement built on a slope. To reach all our villas in Kalkan and its surroundings, it is uphill and some villas can be accessed by stabilized roads of 300-400 meters.
