DESCRIPTION: Villa Patika 3 is located in the Kalkan - Kördere region. It is a luxury honeymoon villa with 1 bedroom for 2 people. Our honeymoon villa Villa Patika 3 offers our couples a special holiday thanks to its peaceful and quiet location. You can also have a holiday away from the eyes thanks to its nature and sheltered architecture. It is one of the holiday villas we prefer as honeymoon couples thanks to its interior design made using stylish and energetic colors and the jacuzzi consisting of these rooms.
1. BEDROOM: There is a double suite bedroom, air conditioning, jacuzzi, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom/WC.
LIVING ROOM: There is a seating group, satellite receiver, TV, air conditioning, coffee table, floor lamp and exit to the pool terrace.
KITCHEN: Modern American kitchen includes a 2-person dining table and chairs, mini fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dinner set, cutlery set, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN: Private recording room, umbrella, garden seating group, 2-person dining table and chairs, drop swing, special curtain.
INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and occasional sudden loads, there may be problems with the internet connection. Internet use; access to social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas costs are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. are not included in the insurance prices. All our villas, which are intertwined with nature, are regularly sprayed. With all these, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surroundings. We definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas where the pool is sheltered.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 3000 TL is taken as basis for damage, breakage, spillage, etc. upon check-in. Any problems such as breakage, loss or damage can be returned upon exiting the villa without being resolved.
NOTE: Reservations are accepted for stays of 7 nights or less with an extra cleaning fee of 2000₺.
NOTE: Kalkan is a settlement built on its structure and slope. In order to reach all our villas in Kalkan and its surroundings, you have to go uphill and some villas can be reached with a 300-400 meter stabilization.
