IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee is required. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged, broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 15000 TL is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For stays of 7 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 3.000 TL cleaning fee.
