INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in
the rental price of the villa. No external fee is required. Extra cleaning,
extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance is not included in the
prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done
regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no butterflies, insects,
flies etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We do not guarantee 100%
visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE
DEPOSIT: Damaged, broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 5000 tl is
required upon entry. If there is no problem such as broken, lost or damaged,
the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For stays of 6 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 8000 TL cleaning fee.
