DESCRIPTION: Villa Zeyno is located in a central location just 5 km away from the world-famous Ölüdeniz Beach in Fethiye Ölüdeniz. Our villa is designed in a very luxurious and modern way and consists of 5 bedrooms and can accommodate 10 people. One of our bedrooms is on the ground floor.

Right next to this villa is our villa named Villa Maya which has the same concept and architecture. Those who want to rent more than one house or have a large family group can also examine our other villa.

1.BEDROOM: There is a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2.BEDROOM: There is a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, TV, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

3.BEDROOM: There is a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

4.BEDROOM: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner, jacuzzi, TV, bathroom and toilet.

5.BEDROOM: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

LIVING ROOM: There are sitting group, 2 armchairs, coffee table, dining table, TV, air conditioner. (Shared WC)

KITCHEN: There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, tea maker, Turkish coffee machine, dinner set, cutlery set, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment in the modern American kitchen.

GARDEN: There are rooms registered for private use, flexible umbrellas, sitting group and nodes.

INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time, problems may occur in the internet connection. Internet usage; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites are accessed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas costs are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. are not included in the insurance prices. All our villas, which are intertwined with nature, are regularly disinfected. There is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surroundings against the whole world. We definitely do not give 100% invisibility freedom in our villas with sheltered pools.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 10,000 TL is taken as basis for damage, breakage, spillage, etc. upon entry. If any problems such as breakage, loss or damage are not resolved, the deposit can be returned upon exiting the villa.

NOTE: Reservations are accepted for an extra 6000₺ cleaning fee for stays of 5 nights or less.stays of 5 nights or less.
