Villa Tahancı 3 is a 3 bedroom holiday villa located in Fethiye Ovacik region. It
offers accommodation for up to 6 people. Ovacik region is very quiet, calm and
intertwined with nature. Villa Karaca offers a peaceful holiday opportunity
with your family or group of friends away from the noise of the city .

GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group and barbecue.
INTERNET: There is Wi -Fi in the villa . Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools.
DAMAGE
DEPOSIT: Damage, broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 7000 TL is required at the
entrance. If there are no problems such as broken , lost or damaged, the
deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
NOTE: For stays of 5 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 5000₺
cleaning fee.
