Yağmur is a luxury 2 bedroom holiday home in Kalkan Kördere with nature and sea
views . Our villa can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Our cottage has a
spacious, modern American kitchen and a pleasant living room. There is a large
jacuzzi and indoor pool in the bathroom of the master bedroom of our villa .
The pool and garden of our conservative villa for rent are closed in a
sheltered way, so it is absolutely invisible from the outside. Villa Yagmur ;
It is one of our holiday homes especially for our conservative families and
young honeymoon couples. Our villa, which offers a holiday opportunity for 4
seasons, awaits you, our valued guests, for an unforgettable holiday pleasure
away from the eyes.
1. BEDROOM: There
is a suite room, 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, hair
dryer, television, air conditioning, jacuzzi, indoor pool, bathroom and toilet.
2. BEDROOM: There
is a suite room, 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, hair
dryer, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.
LIVING ROOM: There
is a seating group, TV, mini bookcase, air conditioning.
KITCHEN : The
modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine,
dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN: There
is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group, private
barbecue.
INTERNET: The
villa has Wi -Fi. Internet connection problems may occur due to the
infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using
Internet; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no butterflies,
insects, flies etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being
found .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 7000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken , lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE: For stays of 7 nights
or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 4000₺ cleaning fee.
NOTE : In
terms of its geographical structure, Kalkan is a settlement built on a slope.
To reach all our villas in Kalkan and its surroundings, it is uphill and some
villas can be accessed by stabilized roads of 300-400 meters.
NOTE: There
is a pool heating system in our villa and the heating service is not included
in the price. If pool heating is requested, a daily fee of 2000 TL is charged.
