DESCRIPTION: Villa Waratah is located
in the Kızıltaş area of Kalkan town, which attracts holiday lovers with its
uninterrupted sea view and nature, which is one of the indispensable points of
summer vacation. Attracting attention with its simple and stylish design as well
as its magnificent sea view, Villa Waratah has an accommodation capacity of ten
people with its five bedrooms.
1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, vanity
table, wardrobe, air conditioner, bathroom and WC.
2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air
conditioning, vanity table, wardrobe, bathroom and WC.
3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside
table, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioner, bathroom and WC.
4. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, vanity
table, wardrobe, air conditioner, bathroom and WC.
5. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air
conditioning, vanity table, wardrobe, bathroom and WC.
HALL : There is a seating group, TV,
fireplace, air conditioner and dining table.
KITCHEN : Refrigerator, dishwasher,
washing machine, stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, dinnerware,
cutlery, cookware, etc. equipment is available.
GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool,
sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group, private barbecue.
INTERNET: The villa has Wi-Fi.
Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region
and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media, e-mails,
newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. There is a possibility
of being found .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 10000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken , lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For stays of 7 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 10000TL cleaning fee.
NOTE : In terms of its geographical
structure, Kalkan is a settlement built on a slope. To reach all our villas in
Kalkan and its surroundings, it is uphill and some villas can be accessed by
stabilized roads of 300-400 meters.
NOTE: The prices of our villas may vary
according to the current exchange rate calendar. In case of reservation, price
information will be given by calculating the current exchange rate pricing of
that day.
