EXPLANATION : Our
villa is modern and luxurious, and every detail has been considered, including
the smallest detail. It has 4 bedrooms with a capacity of 8 people, and its
large garden with private pool, children's pool and private car park is
suitable for barbecues or activities where you can spend a comfortable time.
You can choose our villa for moments where you can spend very special times
with your family.
1. BEDROOM: Master
suite bedroom has 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, balcony, air
conditioner, bathroom and toilet.
2. BEDROOM: Master suite bedroom has 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up
table, balcony, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.
3. BEDROOM: Master suite bedroom has 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up
table, balcony, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.
4. BEDROOM: Master suite bedroom has 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up
table, balcony, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.
HALL: There is a
seating group, WC, satellite receiver, LCD TV, internet , alarm, air
conditioning, dining table, chairs and exit to the pool.
KITCHEN: Refrigerator,
oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, electric kettle (
ketil ), toaster, 8-person dinner set, pan, pots, cutlery and other kitchen
equipment are available.
POOL: The
dimensions of the private swimming pool are 9 x 4.5 meters and the depth is
1.36 meters.
GARDEN: There
are sun loungers, parasols, barbecue, shower, garden swing, table and chairs.
INTERNET: The
villa has Wi -Fi. Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure
of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media,
e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION :
Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa.
No external fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, car
rental, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. In all our villas,
which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the
precautions, there are no butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment.
We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damage,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 5000TL is required at the entrance. If there
are no problems such as broken , lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at
the exit of the villa.
NOTE : Due to
the ongoing infrastructure works in our villas located in Ölüdeniz (Ovacık-
Hisarönü ) regions, electricity, water and internet interruptions may occur
from time to time.
NOTE : For
stays of 7 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 1500TL
cleaning fee.
NOTE: The
prices of our villas may vary according to the current exchange rate calendar.
In case of reservation, price information will be given by calculating the
current exchange rate pricing of that day.
