Taş Ev is a rental villa option located in unspoilt, quiet and calm nature. It
has a cute appearance that offers stone architectural features. Stone
architecture is also used in the interior and tastefully decorated. The pool
terrace of the place , which is a villa with a private pool, has been
completely closed and taken under protection. With this feature, it has also
gained the character of a conservative villa.

INTERNET: The villa has Wi -Fi.
Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region
and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media, e-mails,
newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. There is a possibility
of being found .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 3000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken , lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE: For stays of 7 nights or less, reservations
are accepted for an extra 750₺ cleaning fee.
NOTE : In terms of its geographical
structure, Kalkan is a settlement built on a slope. To reach all our villas in
Kalkan and its surroundings, it is uphill and some villas can be accessed by
stabilized roads of 300-400 meters.
