Spring ; It is located in Kalkan Kördere area. Our villa, which has a unique
sea and nature view, has 2 pools. There is heating in our pool for our guests
who want to stay in the winter months. There is a sports and playground on the
ground floor of our villa. It is a villa preferred by core families and
honeymoon couples.
Next
to this villa is Villa SpringDuo . In case of availability on the calendars, you can rent at
the same time for large families or groups of friends.

: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, jacuzzi, air
conditioning, make-up table, bathroom and wc .

: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner,
bathroom and wc .
HALL:
There
is a seating group, dining table, TV, air conditioning.
KITCHEN
: The
modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine,
dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.
POOL:
Indoor
heated pool measures 4 meters x 2 meters. Depth is 1.20 cm.
GARDEN:
There
is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, table tennis, table
football, swing, trampoline, slide, children's playground, sitting group and
barbecue.
INTERNET: The villa has
Wi -Fi. Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the
region and sudden loads from time to time . Using Internet; social media,
e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT
INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental
price of the villa. No external fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new
sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. In all
our villas, which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done regularly.
Despite all the precautions, there are no butterflies, insects, flies etc. in
the environment. There is a possibility of presence . We do not guarantee 100%
visibility in our villas with sheltered pools
DAMAGE
DEPOSIT: Damaged, broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 5000 TL is
required at the entrance. If there are no problems such as broken , lost or
damaged, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For
stays of 5 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 4000TL
cleaning fee.
NOTE : If pool heating is requested, the
heating fee is 1.500TL per day (it may vary depending on the period) extra. Pool
heating fee is calculated during the day of stay. Guests who want pool heating
should contact the contact person 3 days before they enter the villa.
