DESCRIPTION: Villa Sirius is only 5 km away from the world famous Ölüdeniz beach in Fethiye Ölüdeniz. Our villa in a central location is extremely luxurious and modern in design and consists of 4 bedrooms and has a capacity of 8 people.

1st BEDROOM: There is a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.
2nd BEDROOM: There is a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and WC.

3nd BEDROOM: There is a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and WC.

4rd BEDROOM: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and WC.

LIVING ROOM: There is a seating area, dining table, TV, air conditioning.

KITCHEN: There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment in the modern American kitchen.

GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, seating area and barbecue.

INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time, there may be problems with the internet connection. Internet usage; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites can be easily accessed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All our villas, which are intertwined with nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite all precautions, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surroundings. We definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 10.000 TL is taken at the entrance for damage, breakage, spillage etc. If there are no problems such as breakage, loss or damage, the deposit is returned upon departure from the villa.

NOTE: Reservations are accepted for stays of 5 nights or less with an additional cleaning fee of 6000₺.
