DESCRIPTION: It is
located in Antalya's Kaş, Kalkan, Lapaz district. It has two bedrooms and can
accommodate five people . The rooms have one double bed and two single beds.
There are 2 toilets and bathrooms in our villa. Villa Selale is a twenty-minute
drive from Kalkan center. Our villa has a jacuzzi, indoor heated pool and
nature view.
1. BEDROOM : There
is 1 double bed, bedside table, vanity table, wardrobe, air conditioner,
bathroom, WC and jacuzzi.
2. BEDROOM : There
are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, air conditioner,
bathroom and WC.
LIVING ROOM: It is
on the ground floor, it has a seating group, satellite receiver, LCD TV, air
conditioner, sink, iron, ironing board and exit to the pool terrace.
KITCHEN: In the
modern American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine,
dinnerware, cutlery set, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN: There
is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group, private
barbecue.
INTERNET: There is Wi -Fi
in the villa . Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure
of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media,
e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. is likely to be found . We
do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damage,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 5000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For stays of 5 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 3500 tl cleaning fee.
NOTE : In terms of its geographical structure, Kalkan is a settlement built on a slope. To reach all our villas in and around Kalkan, there is an uphill climb and some villas can be accessed by stabilized roads of 300-400 meters.
NOTE: For
our guests who want a hot pool, a hot pool system is opened for 1500 TL per day.
