DESCRIPTION: Our villa located in the Islamlar Village area of Kalkan has a fully protected pool and is preferred in winter months with its heated indoor pool. There is also a jacuzzi in the bedroom of our villa. It is suitable for honeymoon couples and conservative nuclear families.

NOTE: The indoor pool in the bedroom of our villa is open for use. The pool heating fee is included in the price. The pool temperature is 26-28 degrees Celsius. Indoor pool dimensions: Length: 3.5 m Width: 2.5 m. Depth: 1 m.

1st BEDROOM: There is a double bed, TV, wardrobe, bathroom-WC, air conditioning.

LIVING ROOM: There is a seating area, TV, air conditioning and an exit to the pool area.

KITCHEN: There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dinnerware, cutlery set, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment in the modern American kitchen.

GARDEN: Private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, seating area, private barbecue.

INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time, there may be problems with the internet connection. Internet usage; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites can be easily accessed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All our villas, which are intertwined with nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite all precautions, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surroundings. We definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 3000 TL is taken at the entrance for damage, breakage, etc. If there are no problems such as breakage, loss or damage, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.

NOTE: Reservations are accepted for stays of 5 nights or less with an additional 2500₺ cleaning fee.
