Renk, located in Kalkan Çayköy , is one of our villa options with a sheltered
pool area with an accommodation capacity of 4 people. Our villa, which is
furnished with extremely stylish furniture and accessories, has many details
thought for your comfort. Our villa, which has activity areas such as double
jacuzzi, sauna, table tennis, table football and cinema room, is located 20
minutes by car from Kalkan center. The large garden area, many details have
been considered for both children and adults to have a pleasant time. In the pool
area, there is a comfortable relaxation area and a jacuzzi. In addition to the
cinema system, there is a cinema screen and projection device in order to give
the feeling of an open-air cinema. Daily tomatoes, etc. for guests in the
garden part of the villa. A special area has been created where you can harvest
vegetables. There is a high chair and a park bed for families with children in

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. There is a
possibility of being found .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 5000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken , lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For
stays of 5 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 5000 ₺
cleaning fee.
NOTE : In
terms of its geographical structure, Kalkan is a settlement built on a slope.
To reach all our villas in Kalkan and its surroundings, it is uphill and some
villas can be accessed by stabilized roads of 300-400 meters.
