opportunity. Our villa, which is the center of attention with its interior and
exterior architecture, provides you with all the opportunities.

suite bedroom has 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, balcony, air
conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

3. BEDROOM: There are 2 single beds , wardrobe, balcony , air
conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

are 2 single beds , wardrobe, balcony, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.
LIVING ROOM : There is a sitting group, WC, satellite receiver, LCD
TV, DVD, WIFI air conditioner, table, chairs, exit to the pool.
KITCHEN: refrigerator,
oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, electric kettle (
ketil ), toaster, dinnerware for 8 people, pans, pots, cutlery and other
kitchen utensils are available.
GARDEN: There are sun loungers, parasols, barbecue, shower, garden swing, dining table and chairs.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, car rental, health
etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are
intertwined with nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the
precautions, there are no butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment.
We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT :
Damage, broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 5000 TL is required at the entrance.
If there are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is
returned at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : Due to the
ongoing infrastructure works in our villas located in Ölüdeniz (Ovacık -
Hisarönü ) regions, electricity, water and internet interruptions may occur
from time to time.
NOTE : For
stays of 7 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 1500₺ cleaning
fee.
NOTE: The prices of our villas may vary according to the current exchange rate calendar. In case of reservation, price information will be given by calculating the current exchange rate pricing of that day.
