DESCRIPTION: Our villa is located in Yeşilüzümlü District of Fethiye. Yeşilüzümlü Kandiana Ancient City, the Lamb Belly Festival held in April, the world-famous Dastar fabric and the vineyards that give the whole town a unique holiday opportunity.

Villa Özel Yeşilüzümlü offers accommodation for 4 people with 2 bedrooms. It is our villa with a sheltered pool terrace, preferred by students looking for a quiet holiday. It is a suitable villa for honeymoon couples and nuclear families. It has a large pool area, comfortable seating area and private area, and its interior world is also quite comfortable and has comfortable details.

1st BEDROOM: There is 1 double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, dressing table, wardrobe, armchair, bathroom/WC.

2nd BEDROOM: There are 2 single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, dressing table, wardrobe, armchair, bathroom/WC.

LIVING ROOM: There is a seating group, coffee table, coffee table, air conditioner, dining table, TV. (There is a toilet - there is a washing machine in the toilet.)

KITCHEN: Our modern kitchen offers all kitchen utensils such as dining table and chairs, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, tea machine, Turkish coffee machine, pots and pans.

GARDEN: There are sun loungers, umbrellas, garden dining table and chairs in our large garden for you.

INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time, there may be problems with the internet connection. Internet use; access to social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas costs are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. are not included in the insurance prices. All our villas, which are intertwined with nature, are regularly disinfected. With all this, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the surroundings. We do not guarantee that the pool will not be seen 100% in our sheltered villas.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 3000 TL is taken as basis for damage, breakage, spillage, etc. upon check-in. Any problems such as breakage, loss or damage can be returned upon departure of the villa without being resolved.

NOTE: Reservations are accepted for an additional 3000₺ cleaning fee for stays of 7 nights or less.
