Kalkan . Villa Nova has been designed with a brand new architectural approach
and has everything for you to have a pleasant holiday with your family and
friends. Thanks to its central location, it provides easy access to the beach,
market and city center . In addition to the private pool, Villa Nova, where
Turkish bath, sauna, billiards and table tennis facilities are provided,
promises you a unique villa holiday experience .

bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet. The bedroom is on
the ground floor.
2. BEDROOM : There is 1 double bed,
bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet. The bedroom is on
the 1st floor.
3. BEDROOM : There are 2 single beds,
wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and toilet. The bedroom is on the 1st floor.
4. BEDROOM : There is 1 double bed,
bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet. The bedroom is
located in the attic, and the large terrace and bar are also located on this
floor.
HALL: There is a sitting group, TV,
dining table, air conditioning.
KITCHEN : The modern American
kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dinnerware,
cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool,
sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group, private barbecue.
INTERNET: The villa has Wi -Fi.
Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region
and sudden loads from time to time . Using Internet; social media, e-mails,
newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We do not guarantee 100%
visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 10.000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there is no problem such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at
the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For stays of 7 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 10000TL cleaning fee.
NOTE: The prices of our villas may vary according to the current exchange rate calendar. In case of reservation, price information will be given by calculating the current exchange rate pricing of that day.
