Nestled among lush green trees and offering breathtaking views, this villa will be your hidden paradise. It caters to guests seeking to escape the noise of the city, those uncomfortable in densely packed buildings, and those who wish to enjoy themselves by the pool. Villa Sunset, with its secluded structure, is also suitable for honeymoons and those seeking a conservative concept.


1st BEDROOM: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, jacuzzi, and bathroom/WC.


2nd BEDROOM: Two single beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, baby cot, and bathroom/WC.


LIVING ROOM: Modern L-shaped sofa, armchair, coffee table, TV, air conditioning, dining table and chairs, side table, and access to the pool terrace.


KITCHEN: Designed in an American style, the kitchen includes a microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in four-burner hob, electric kettle, coffee maker, water dispenser, toaster, sandwich maker, pots and pans set, dinnerware, cutlery set, and glasses.


GARDEN: Features a private swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, garden seating area, double drop swing, table tennis, garden dining table, and private barbecue.


INTERNET: Wi-Fi is available in the villa. Due to the region's infrastructure and occasional sudden load changes, internet connection problems may occur. Internet access is easy for social media, emails, newspapers, and news websites.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, and gas charges are included in the villa rental price. No additional fees are charged. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health insurance, etc., are not included in the prices. All our villas, surrounded by nature, are regularly treated with pest control. Despite all precautions, there is still a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the area. We absolutely cannot guarantee 100% privacy in our villas with protected pools.


DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 5000 TL is taken upon arrival for any damage, breakage, etc. This deposit will be refunded upon departure from the villa if there are no problems such as breakage, loss, or damage.


NOTE: For stays of 7 nights or less, a reservation is accepted for an extra cleaning fee of 3,500 TL.


NOTE: Due to its geographical structure, Kalkan is a settlement built on a hillside. To reach all our villas in and around Kalkan, you will need to drive uphill, and some villas can only be accessed via 300-400 meter unpaved roads.
