DESCRIPTION: Villa Lemon 3 is located in the Ovacık area of​​Fethiye Ölüdeniz, just 5 km from the world-famous Ölüdeniz beach. This centrally located villa is extremely luxurious and modernly designed, and has 5 bedrooms with a capacity to accommodate 10 people.
 
Villa Lemon 1 and Villa Lemon 2, which have the same concept and architecture, are located right next to this villa. Guests who wish to rent more than one house or a large family group can also check out our other villas.

INTERNET: Wi-Fi is available in the villa. Due to the region's infrastructure and occasional sudden surges, internet connection problems may occur. Internet access is easy for social media, emails, newspapers, and news websites.

 
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, and gas charges are included in the villa rental price. No additional fees are charged. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health insurance, etc., are not included in the prices. All our villas, surrounded by nature, are regularly treated with pest control. Despite all precautions, there is a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the area. We cannot guarantee 100% privacy in our villas with protected pools.

 
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 10.000 TL is required upon arrival for any damage, breakage, etc. The deposit will be refunded upon departure from the villa, provided there are no broken, lost, or damaged items.

 
NOTE: For stays of 7 nights or less, a reservation is accepted with an additional cleaning fee of 6000 TL.
