Villa Kayra, which has 6 ensuite bedrooms, all of which have a sea view, has
been designed considering the comfort of crowded families and groups of
friends. The villa where you will definitely feel the quality and comfort; It
will make you feel very special with its interior and exterior architecture,
living space size, and the elegance of the first class materials and materials
used. Thanks to the central location of the villa, it is possible to easily
reach the restaurant , market, city center and various activities. The villa is
protected by a security system. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a
balcony with sea view.

table and chairs, television, satellite receiver, DVD, air conditioner, vacuum
cleaner, wc . There is an exit to the pool terrace.
KITCHEN : In the
kitchen designed in American kitchen style, microwave oven, dishwasher,
built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-burner stove, electric
kettle kettle, toaster, toaster, pot and pan set, dinner set for 10 people,

GARDEN: There

water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We
do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 5000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For
stays of 5 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 2500₺
cleaning fee.
NOTE : In
terms of its geographical structure, Kalkan is a settlement built on a slope.
To reach all our villas in Kalkan and its surroundings, it is uphill and some
villas can be accessed by stabilized roads of 300-400 meters.
NOTE: The prices of our villas may vary according to the current
exchange rate calendar. In case of reservation, price information will be given
by calculating the current exchange rate pricing of that day.
NOTE : The outside pool of our villa is heated
and 30 GBP is charged per day .
