DESCRIPTION: Villa Karacabey is located in Kalkan Gelemiş Kalkan, Kızıltaş. It is very close to the world-famous Patara beach. It has a fascinating sea view. Our villa consists of 3 floors, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a capacity of 10 people. There is a jacuzzi in 4 bedrooms. There is a table football, a children's playground. There is also an open-air cinema system on the terrace floor of our villa.


NOTE: There are 17 steps at the entrance to our villa.


1st Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom-WC.


2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom-WC, jacuzzi.


3rd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom-WC, jacuzzi.


4. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom-WC.


5. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom-WC.


LIVING ROOM: There is a seating group, dining table, TV.


KITCHEN: There is an American kitchen, water dispenser, dishwasher, cutlery, refrigerator, stove, toaster, microwave oven, washing machine, oven, electric kettle, toaster, pan and pot set, dinner set for 10 people and dining table.


GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool, sun lounger, umbrella, seating group, private barbecue.


INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time, there may be problems with the internet connection. Internet usage; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites can be easily accessed.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health insurance etc. are not included in the prices. All our villas, which are intertwined with nature, are regularly disinfected. Despite all precautions, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surroundings. We definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools.


DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 20.000 TL is taken at the entrance for damage, breakage, etc. If there are no problems such as breakage, loss or damage, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.


NOTE: Reservations are accepted for an extra 8000₺ cleaning fee for accommodations of 7 nights or less.


NOTE: Kalkan is a settlement built on a hillside due to its geographical structure. To reach all our villas in Kalkan and its surroundings, you have to go uphill and some villas can be reached via 300-400 meters of stabilized roads.
