and comfortable villa, which impresses with its stone structure architecture,
has 2 bedrooms and provides accommodation for 4 people . In addition, there is
an indoor heated pool in our summer villa for our guests who want to have a
holiday in the winter months. The pool terrace of our summer villa, which has a
spacious pool terrace and a large garden, has been made sheltered. Our
honeymoon couples and conservative families can choose with peace of mind.
There is a shallow pool next to the private swimming pool of our villa. There
is a hammock and pavilion in the garden where you can enjoy for a long time.

TV table, coffee table, air conditioner in the living room.
KITCHEN : The modern American
kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner cooker, hood,
oven, dinnerware, pans and pots, cutlery, and cutlery.
HEATED INTERIOR POOL: The
dimensions of the heated inner pool are 3.90 x 2.70 meters, and the depth is
1.20 meters.
GARDEN: There is a sheltered private
swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, dining table and chairs, swing and
barbecue in the garden.

Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region
and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media, e-mails,
newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions , there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We do not guarantee 100%
visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 5000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For stays of 5 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 3500 TL cleaning fee.
NOTE: If pool heating is requested, an additional daily fee of 1.600 TL (may vary depending on the season) will be charged. The pool heating fee is calculated based on the number of days stayed. Guests who require pool heating must contact the company three days prior to arrival.
NOTE : In terms of its geographical
structure, Kalkan is a settlement built on a slope. To reach all our villas in
Kalkan and its surroundings, it is uphill and some villas can be accessed by
stabilized roads of 300-400 meters.
