DESCRIPTION: There
is a garden swing, hammock and barbecue in the garden of our villa, which is
close to the center of Kalkan. There are 2 bedrooms in Villa Güney Kalkan. It
has both an outside and an indoor pool. Our villa with nature and sea view is
offered to nuclear families.
1. BEDROOM : There is a double bed,
wardrobe, bathroom, air conditioner.
2. BEDROOM : There are 2 single beds,
wardrobe, bathroom, air conditioner.
LIVING ROOM: There is a seating group,
TV, mini bookcase, air conditioning.
KITCHEN : The modern American
kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dinnerware,
cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.
INDOOR POOL: Dimensions of the inner
pool: Length 6 m; width 2m ; the depth is 1.20 m .
GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool,
sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group, private barbecue.
INTERNET: The villa has Wi -Fi.
Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region
and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media, e-mails,
newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We do not guarantee 100%
visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 5000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For stays of 6 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 4000₺ cleaning fee.
NOTE : The host absolutely does not accept
pets. Coming to the villa with a pet is a non-refundable reason for
cancellation.
NOTE : 1000TL per day is charged for the
heated pool during the winter months.
