It is located in Ocavik area. Our villa has been designed for large family
groups. Our villa with a large garden is within walking distance of shopping
centers. It is 5 km away from the world famous Ölüdeniz beach.

nightstand, a wardrobe, and a bed.

4.BEDROOM : There are 2 single beds, nightstand,
wardrobe.
HALL : There is a seating group, a dining
table, a shared toilet, a TV and air conditioning.
KITCHEN: There is a modern stylish American
kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, dinnerware and other
kitchen equipment.
GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool, sun
loungers, umbrellas, dining table and BBQ.
INTERNET: There is wifi. From time to time, there
may be problems with the internet connection due to sudden downloads. internet
use; easy access to social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas
fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee is
required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance is
not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with nature,
spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We
do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damage, broken, spilled, etc. A
deposit of 3000TL is required at the entrance. If there are no problems such as
broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
NOTE: For stays of 5 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 4000₺ cleaning fee.
