groups. Our villa with a large garden is within walking distance of shopping
centers. It is 5 km away from the world famous Ölüdeniz beach.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION : Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee is required. DAMAGE DEPOSIT : Damage, broken, spilled, etc. A
deposit of 5000TL is required at the entrance. If there are no problems such as
broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For stays of 5 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 5000₺ cleaning fee.
