located in the Kışla area of Kalkan, Antalya, a world-famous holiday resort
that hosts thousands of foreign tourists every year. There are all home
decoration items in our villa. It is an ideal villa for our guests who want to
experience a unique holiday away from the noise and chaos of the city. Our
luxury villa has a private swimming pool and a private garden. Villa for rent
is in the area where Eylem Patara houses are located. There are 5 Villa Baysal
with Baysal Action features. Since our villas have the same features, the
photos on our page are similar. Our guests experience a free holiday while on
vacation at Villa Eylem, they can swim in the pool whenever they want, cool
off, sunbathe on the sparkling beaches 500 meters away, and swim in the sea
whenever they want . Baysal Action guests meet their food needs in the villa
whenever they want, and whenever they want, in the restaurants of Kalkan Town
that serve delicious and fresh seafood and local dishes. They can also enjoy
barbecue in the private garden. The pool of our villa is very sheltered and is
almost invisible from the outside.

IMPORTANT
INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental
price of the villa. No external fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new
sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. In all
our villas, which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done regularly.
Despite all the precautions, there are no butterflies, insects, flies etc. in
the environment. is likely to be found. We
do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered
pools .
DAMAGE
DEPOSIT: Damaged, broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 4000 TL is
required at the entrance. If there are no problems such as broken, lost or
damaged, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For stays of 5 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 1200 TL cleaning fee.
NOTE : The host absolutely does not accept
pets. Coming to the villa with a pet is a non-refundable reason for
cancellation.
