structure . Villa Erşah fascinates its guests with its very spacious and
luxurious equipment . It is the focus of attention of customers with its
jacuzzi, table football and more than one fun activity. It has 3 bedrooms, 3
bathrooms and air conditioning in the rooms.
1. BEDROOM: Suite room has 1 double
bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet, exit to the balcony.
2. BEDROOM: Suite room has 2 single
beds, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet, exit to the balcony.
3. BEDROOM: Suite room has 1 double
bed, jacuzzi, open clothes hanger, exit to the balcony.
LIVING ROOM : There is a
comfortable seating group, dining table and chairs, air conditioning, satellite
receiver, communal WC , exit to the pool terrace.
KITCHEN : Modern American kitchen,
refrigerator, oven, tea maker, coffee maker etc. All kitchen utensils are
available.
GARDEN : There is a private pool in its
private and large garden. You can enjoy barbecue as you wish, thanks to the
table, chair, sun lounger, umbrella, pavilion, pool table, foosball and
children's playground in the garden, as well as the stone barbecue in the
garden.
INTERNET: There is Wi -Fi in
the villa . Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of
the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media,
e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. We do not guarantee 100%
visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damage, broken, spilled,
etc. A deposit of 5000 TL is required at the entrance. If there are no problems
such as broken , lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at the exit of the
villa.
NOTE : Due to the ongoing infrastructure
works in our villas located in Ölüdeniz (Ovacık- Hisarönü ) regions,
electricity, water and internet interruptions may occur from time to time.
NOTE : Reservations are accepted for an
extra 1800TL cleaning fee.
