DESCRIPTION: Villa Elisa is a 4-bedroom holiday villa located in the Ovacık area of Ölüdeniz, Fethiye. It can accommodate up to 8 people. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and two bedrooms share a bathroom.

Located close to the center and the beach, this villa boasts a spacious pool terrace, making it an ideal choice for large families and groups of friends.

NOTE: The villa is located within a gated community, and common areas are protected by security and cameras. The community also has a semi-Olympic swimming pool, which will be available for your extra use upon booking.

1st BEDROOM: Double bed, baby cot, air conditioning

2nd BEDROOM: Two single beds, air conditioning, balcony. There is a shared bathroom/toilet in the hallway.

3rd BEDROOM: One double bed, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

4th BEDROOM: 2 single beds, balcony, air conditioning, bathroom-WC

LIVING ROOM: Seating area, 2 armchairs, dining table and chairs, coffee table, side table, TV, air conditioning. Open plan kitchen with direct access to the pool.

KITCHEN: Modern American kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.

GARDEN: Private swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, garden seating area, garden dining table and barbecue.

INTERNET: Wi-Fi is available in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and occasional sudden load issues, internet connection problems may occur. Internet access is easy for social media, emails, newspapers and news websites.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the villa rental price. No additional fees will be charged. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health insurance, etc. are not included in the prices. All our villas, surrounded by nature, are regularly treated with insecticides. Despite all precautions, there is a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the area. We cannot guarantee 100% privacy in our villas with protected pools.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 10,000 TL is taken upon arrival for any damage, breakage, etc. This deposit will be refunded upon departure from the villa if there are no problems such as breakage, loss, or damage.

NOTE: For stays of 7 nights or less, a reservation is accepted for an extra cleaning fee of 5,000 TL.
