DESCRIPTION: Villa Devin; Located in Fethiye Ovacik region, villa has panoramic city and nature views. Although it has a large garden area built on a 700 m2 land, there is a heated indoor pool in our villa. Our stylish and modern designed villa appeals to large families and crowded groups of friends with its 4 bedrooms.

INTERNET: The villa has Wi -Fi. Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged, broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 5000 TL is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For stays of 5 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 2000TL cleaning fee.
NOTE: Pool heating is not included in the prices between May 15, 2025 - October 18, 2025. If heating is requested during these periods, a weekly heating fee of 3500₺ (it may vary depending on the period) is taken as an extra. Pool heating fee is calculated according to the day of stay. Guests who want pool heating should contact the company 3 days before entering the villa.
