air-conditioned 4 bedrooms, air-conditioned living room, American kitchen and 3
bathrooms and can accommodate 8 people. Our villa has a private swimming pool
in its private garden. The guests experience a free holiday in the comfort of a
5-star hotel. Our guests can spend time as they wish in the villa with a
comfortable and scenic view. He barbecues in the garden, cools off in the pool,
sunbathes and relaxes on the sunbathing terrace. Whenever they want, they can
have a good time in the cafes, bars, discos and tea gardens in the center of
Kalkan, swim in the beaches of Kalkan, do water sports and sunbathe.

is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 5000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there is no problem such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at
the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For stays of 6 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 4000 TL cleaning fee.
NOTE : The host absolutely does not accept
pets. Coming to the villa with a pet is a non-refundable reason for
cancellation.
