DESCRIPTION: Villa Calpediem, located in the İslamlar area of Kalkan, boasts panoramic sea and nature views. This luxurious and modern villa features two bedrooms and sleeps four. It's an ideal choice for honeymooners and small families. With a secluded pool terrace, our villa offers a secluded, isolated holiday.

NOTE: The villa is accessed via a 60-meter dirt road.

NOTE: The owner's mother lives on the lower floor, butthose who enter the villa are independent. There are two ways to access the villa. Vehicle transportation is available to the villa's entrance.

BEDROOM 1: Double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom/WC. (Turkish bath within the bathroom) Access to the pool terrace.

BEDROOM 2: Twin beds, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom/WC. Access to the pool terrace.

LIVING ROOM: Modern L-shaped sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs, TV, air conditioning.

KITCHEN: Modern American-style kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, tea maker, Turkish coffee maker, dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, and other kitchen equipment.

GARDEN: Private rooms, registered for use, a seating area, drop flowers, mini toys, dining table, and chairs.

INTERNET: Wi-Fi is available in the villa. Due to the area's infrastructure and occasional sudden loads, internet connection issues may occur. Internet access includes access to social media, emails, newspapers, and news sites.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, and gas are included in the villa rental price. No additional charges are required. Extra cleaning, fresh linens and towels, health insurance, etc. are not included in the price. All our villas, nestled in nature, are regularly disinfected. There is a possibility of butterflies, insects, and flies being present in the surrounding area, especially in our villas with a sheltered pool. We never offer 100% privacy in our villas.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A 5000 TL deposit is required upon check-in for damage, breakage, spillage, etc. If any breakage, loss, or damage remains unresolved, the deposit is refundable upon departure.

NOTE: Reservations are accepted for stays of 7 nights or less, with an additional 4000 TL cleaning fee.
