EXPLANATION : Our villa is one of the most luxurious villas in the region, which was completed in 2021. Our ultra-luxury villa can accommodate 10 people, 5 suites, bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, as well as a sauna and an indoor pool. Every detail has been thought out to the smallest detail and it has been carefully designed in a modern and luxurious way in terms of architecture. There is a very large living room on the ground floor. There is a heated indoor pool and sauna on the ground floor. Our 3-storey villa has large balconies on each floor. Our villa, which is in a very spacious environment, has a nature view and a very small sea view. It has a large garden, a private pool, a children's pool and an area where you can barbecue.

It will be the best choice for a big wedding or a special event in our villa. The best choice for an unforgettable holiday would be our Canadian villa.

LIVING ROOM :  There is a seating group, WC, satellite receiver, LCD TV, internet, air conditioning, dining table, chairs and exit to the pool.

KITCHEN: Refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, electric kettle ( ketil ), vacuum cleaner, toaster , dinnerware for 10 people, pans, pots, cutlery and other kitchen equipment available.

LOWER FLOOR: There is a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, bathroom and toilet.

GARDEN: There are sun loungers, parasols, shower, sitting group, barbecue, table and chairs.

INTERNET: There is Wi -Fi in the villa . Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, car rental, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damage, broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 7500TL is required at the entrance. If there are no problems such as broken , lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.

NOTE : Due to the ongoing infrastructure works in our villas located in Ölüdeniz (Ovacık- Hisarönü ) regions, electricity, water and internet interruptions may occur from time to time.

NOTE : For stays of 7 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 3000 TL cleaning fee.

NOTE: The prices of our villas may vary according to the current exchange rate calendar. In case of reservation, price information will be given by calculating the current exchange rate pricing of that day.
