DESCRIPTION: Villa City is among our rental villas located in Kalkan Kınık, surrounded by greenery and surrounded by silence and tranquility. Our stylishly and comfortably decorated summer villa has 3 bedrooms and provides accommodation for 6 people. Our villa with its modern and stylish architecture can comfortably accommodate honeymooners and large families. It is a villa with a sheltered pool.

INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time, there may be problems with the internet connection. Internet use; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites can be easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health insurance etc. are not included in the prices. All our villas, which are intertwined with nature, are regularly disinfected. Despite all precautions, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the area. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 4000 TL is taken at the entrance for damage, breakage, spillage, etc. If there are no problems such as breakage, loss or damage, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
NOTE: Reservations are accepted for an additional 4000₺ cleaning fee for stays of 3 nights or less.
