DESCRIPTION: Villa West Kas is a rental
holiday villa located in Çavdır Aklar. Aklar Mevkii is a very peaceful area in
nature. Located in a virgin area, our villa has panoramic sea views. It is an
ideal villa for our guests who want to have a peaceful holiday away from the
crowd. Honeymooners or nuclear families may prefer it. Our carefully designed
villa has 2 suite bedrooms and offers accommodation for up to 4 people . The
pool and terrace of our villa, which has a jacuzzi in one of the bedrooms, are
sheltered.
1. BEDROOM : There is a double bed,
wardrobe, bathroom, air conditioning, Jacuzzi.
2. BEDROOM : There are two single beds,
wardrobe, bathroom, air conditioner.
LIVING ROOM: There is a seating group,
TV, mini bookcase, air conditioning.
KITCHEN : The modern American
kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dinnerware,
cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool,
sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group, private barbecue.
INTERNET: The villa has Wi -Fi.
Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region
and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media, e-mails,
newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. There is a possibility
of being found .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 2000 TL is required at the entrance. If there
are no problems such as broken , lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at
the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For stays of 5 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 800TL cleaning fee.
NOTE : In terms of its geographical
structure, Kalkan is a settlement built on a slope. To reach all our villas in
and around Kalkan, there is an uphill climb and some villas can be accessed by
stabilized roads of 300-400 meters.
