of foreign tourists come for vacation every year. Our villa has a unique sea
view. It is in the area where Patara houses are located. Rental Villa Atlantis
guests experience a dream holiday. It is an ideal villa for a quiet holiday in
a quiet location away from the noise of the city. Rental Villa Atlantis has
been prepared with quality home decoration items. There are all home decoration
items in our comfortable villa. Our villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8
people. Our villa provides pleasant days with its private swimming pool and
private garden. Villa Atlantis guests can enjoy a free holiday, spend time in
the villa whenever they want, in the center of Kalkan and on the beaches
whenever they want. There are 5 Atlantis villas with the same features. The
photos show similarity because they have the same features. Villa Atlantis is
300 m to the Atlantis restaurant , 50 m to the Markate , 1 km to the city
center, 300 m to the beach, 1 km to the public transport and 120 km to the
airport.

has Wi -Fi. Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of
the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media,
e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We
do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 5000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For
stays of 6 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 5000 TL
cleaning fee.
NOTE : The
host absolutely does not accept pets. Coming to the villa with a pet is a
non-refundable reason for cancellation.
