DESCRIPTION: Villa Aslın 1 is a 4-bedroom villa located in the Ovacık region of Fethiye, accommodating up to 7 people. Featuring modern interior and exterior architecture, the villa is conveniently located near entertainment venues and amenities such as markets. A great option for large groups and families with children, Villa Aslın 1 will ensure you have a pleasant stay.


1st BEDROOM: Double round bed, bedside table, 2 armchairs, coffee table, wardrobe, and WC/bathroom (with jacuzzi).


2nd BEDROOM: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, and bathroom/WC.


3rd BEDROOM: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, and bathroom/WC.


4th BEDROOM: Single bed, balcony, air conditioning, bathroom-toilet


LIVING ROOM: Seating area, armchair, TV, air conditioning. Open plan kitchen with direct access to the pool.


KITCHEN: Modern American kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, extractor hood, hob, oven, dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.


GARDEN: Private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrella, dining table and chairs and barbecue.


INTERNET: Wi-Fi is available in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and occasional sudden load issues, internet connection problems may occur. Internet access is easy for social media, emails, newspapers and news websites.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the villa rental price. No additional fees are charged. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health insurance, etc. are not included in the prices. All our villas, surrounded by nature, are regularly treated with insecticides. Despite all precautions, there is still a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the area. We cannot guarantee 100% privacy in our villas with protected pools.


DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 5000 TL is taken upon arrival for any damage, breakage, etc. This deposit will be refunded upon departure if there are no problems such as breakage, loss, or damage.


NOTE: For stays of 7 nights or less, a reservation is accepted for an additional cleaning fee of 5000 TL.
