EXPLANATION : Our
villa opened its doors in July 2021 for our valued guests. Our villa, which
draws attention with its stylish and luxurious designs, is one of our most
interacted villas. This unique villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 jacuzzis and 3
bathrooms can host 6 people in total. The kitchen has all the necessary
ingredients. It has been carefully cleaned for you, our guests, and the hygiene
rules have been followed.
1. BEDROOM: Master
suite bedroom has 1 double bed, jacuzzi, mini sitting group, wardrobe, make-up
table, balcony, bathroom and toilet.
2. BEDROOM: It has
1 double bed, jacuzzi, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, balcony,
bathroom and toilet.
3. BEDROOM: There
are 2 single beds, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, balcony, bathroom
and toilet .
LIVING ROOM : There
is a seating group, air conditioning, dining table, TV.
KITCHEN : Our
kitchen, which has a modern structure, offers you all kitchen tools such as
refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, tea and coffee machine, kettle, pots
and pans.
GARDEN : There
is a children's playground, sitting group and parking lot in our large garden.
INTERNET: There is Wi -Fi
in the villa . Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure
of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media,
e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of
being found .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 4000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : Due to the
ongoing infrastructure works in our villas located in Ölüdeniz (Ovacık -
Hisarönü ) regions, electricity, water and internet interruptions may occur
from time to time.
NOTE : For
stays of 5 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 5000₺ cleaning
fee.
