DESCRIPTION: Located in the Yeşilköy area of Kalkan, our holiday villa is nestled in nature with a secluded pool area, offering a peaceful student holiday.

Villa Polen İkizce is a two-bedroom villa designed to accommodate four people. It's among our conservative honeymoon rental options, suitable for discerning couples and honeymooners.

BEDROOM 1: Features a double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, dressing table, and wardrobe.

BEDROOM 2: Features two single beds, air conditioning, nightstand, dressing table, and wardrobe.

LIVING ROOM: Features a seating area, TV, air conditioning, wireless modem, and satellite TV. There's access to the pool terrace.

KITCHEN: The modern American-style kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, and other kitchen appliances.

GARDEN: Features a private registration room, a flowerbed, a seating area, a special flower arrangement, a dining table, and a damask flower arrangement.

INTERNET: The villa has Wi-Fi. Due to the area's infrastructure and occasional sudden loads, internet connection issues may occur. Internet access includes access to social media, emails, newspapers, and news sites.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, and gas are included in the villa rental price. No additional fees are charged. Extra cleaning, fresh linens and towels, health insurance, etc., are not included in the price. All our villas, nestled in nature, are regularly sprayed with pesticides. There is a possibility of butterflies, insects, and flies being present in the surrounding area. We do not guarantee complete privacy in our villas with private pools.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A 5000 TL deposit is required upon arrival for damage, breakage, spillage, etc. If any broken items, missing items, or damage remain unresolved, the deposit is refundable upon departure.

NOTE: Reservations are accepted for stays of 4 nights or less, with an additional cleaning fee of 3000 TL.

NOTE: Kalkan is a settlement built on a slope. Access to all our villas in and around Kalkan requires an uphill climb, and some require a 300-400 meter stabilization step.
