DESCRIPTION: Villa Nefes 2 is a private pool-secluded villa located in the Fethiye Ovacık-Ölüdeniz region. It has an accommodation capacity of 8-10 people. Our villa, which has a modern interior and exterior architecture, is located close to the beach, entertainment centers and markets where you can meet your needs, etc. Villa Nefes 2, which is a nice option for large groups and families with children, is one of our ideal villa options for you to have a pleasant time.


1. BEDROOM: There is a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, TV, bathroom, jacuzzi, air conditioning.

LIVING ROOM: Seating group, TV, fireplace, air conditioning.

KITCHEN: Modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, dinner set, cutlery set, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.

GARDEN: Private swimming pool, sun lounger, umbrella, seating group, private barbecue.

INTERNET: Wi-Fi is available in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and occasional sudden loads, internet connection problems may occur. Internet usage; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites can be easily accessed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All our villas that are intertwined with nature are regularly sprayed. Despite all precautions, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surroundings. We definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools.

Important note for all our villas in the Ölüdeniz region: Due to high demand; there are situations such as electricity, water and voltage drops, infrastructure and construction work in our villas in the region.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 5.000 TL is taken at the entrance for damage, breakage, spillage etc. If there are no problems such as breakage, loss or damage, the deposit is returned upon departure from the villa.

NOTE: Reservations are accepted for stays of 6 nights or less with an additional ₺4.000 cleaning fee.
