DESCRIPTION: Standing out with its views of Babadağ and the surrounding nature, our villa offers a range of amenities. You can enjoy pleasant moments in the spacious garden and swimming pool. Suitable for large families, our villa awaits its valued guests.

1.BEDROOM : Features a double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom/toilet.

2.BEDROOM : Features a double bed, baby cot, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, and air conditioning.

3.BEDROOM : Features a double bed, wardrobe, balcony, and air conditioning.

4.BEDROOM : Features a single bed and a bunk bed (sleeping two), wardrobe, and air conditioning.

There are 2 shared bathrooms-toilets.

LIVING ROOM: Includes a seating area, satellite receiver, LCD TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, dining table and chairs, a toilet, and direct access to the pool area.

KITCHEN: Equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, 4-burner stovetop, electric kettle, toaster, dinnerware for 8, pans, pots, cutlery, and other kitchen utensils.

POOL: The private swimming pool measures 9x5 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters. There is also a Jacuzzi located in the garden next to the pool.

GARDEN: Features sun loungers, a sun umbrella, barbecue, outdoor shower, garden swing, and a dining table with chairs.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, and gas costs are included in the villa rental price; no additional fees are charged. Extra cleaning services, additional fresh bed linen and towels, and health or other insurance are not included in the rates. Regular pest control treatments are carried out at all our villas, which are situated amidst nature; however, despite all precautions, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding area is possible. We do not offer an absolute 100% guarantee of total privacy from outside view for our villas with secluded pools.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A security deposit of 5,000 TL is collected upon check-in to cover potential damage, breakage, etc. The deposit is refunded upon check-out, provided there is no breakage, loss, or damage to the property.

NOTE: Reservations for stays of 5 nights or fewer are accepted subject to an additional cleaning fee of 5,000 TL.

NOTE: Due to ongoing infrastructure work in the Ölüdeniz (Ovacık-Hisarönü) area, occasional interruptions to electricity, water, and internet services may occur at our villas.
