DESCRIPTION: Villa Henna, located in the Ovacık region of Fethiye, is a villa suitable for large families and groups of friends with a capacity of 8 people. Located in a gated community with only 3 villas, Villa Henna has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 people. Situated just 4 km from the world-famous Ölüdeniz beach, Villa Henna is ready to welcome holidaymakers.

1st BEDROOM: Double bed, clothes rack, air conditioning, 2 shared toilets and showers.
2nd BEDROOM: Single bed, 2 bunk beds, clothes rack, air conditioning, TV, 2 shared toilets and showers.
3rd BEDROOM: Double bed, clothes rack, air conditioning, 2 shared toilets and showers.

LIVING ROOM: Seating area, TV, dining table, air conditioning.

KITCHEN: The modern American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, and other kitchen equipment.

GARDEN: There is a shared swimming pool, 6 sun loungers, and 3 umbrellas.

INTERNET: Wi-Fi is available in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and occasional sudden surges, internet connection problems may occur. Internet access is easy for social media, emails, newspapers, and news websites.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, and gas charges are included in the villa rental price. No additional fees are charged. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health insurance, etc., are not included in the prices. All our villas, surrounded by nature, are regularly treated with pest control. Despite all precautions, there is a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the area. We cannot guarantee 100% privacy in our villas with protected pools.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 5000 TL is taken upon arrival for any damage, breakage, etc. This deposit will be refunded upon departure from the villa if there are no problems such as breakage, loss, or damage.

NOTE: For stays of 5 nights or less, a reservation is accepted with an extra cleaning fee of 1250 TL.

NOTE: The sauna in our villa is open for use free of charge between 20:00 and 22:00 from October 1st to May 31st. The sauna is closed during the summer season.
