Güneş is a 3-bedroom rental villa with a capacity of 6 people, located in the
Ortaalan Region of Kalkan. The villa, which has a view of Kalkan and the sea,
offers you a comfortable holiday with its comfortable interior and exterior
design. It will give you a unique holiday experience with its jacuzzi in the
master bedroom and its private bathroom.

IMPORTANT
INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental
price of the villa. No external fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new
sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. In all
our villas, which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done regularly.
Despite all the precautions, there are no butterflies, insects, flies etc. in
the environment. is likely to be found. We
do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered
pools .
DAMAGE
DEPOSIT: Damaged, broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 1000 TL is
required at the entrance. If there are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged,
the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For stays of 5 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 800TL cleaning fee.
NOTE: The prices of our villas may vary
according to the current exchange rate calendar. In case of reservation, price
information will be given by calculating the current exchange rate pricing of
that day.
