DESCRIPTION: Villa Escalade, our villa located in the Fethiye region, is in the easiest location to reach the center, the sea, and entertainment areas. Our villa, which has 4 suite bedrooms, also has a Turkish bath, sauna, and two double jacuzzis in its rooms.

Our villa, which draws attention with its central location, is also within walking distance to the coastline and opens its doors to our guests who want a privileged holiday. Our villa, which has an accommodation capacity of 8 people, is designed for you to have a wonderful holiday with your large family and groups of friends.

NOTE: Indoor pool dimensions are 2.50 width, 7 m length, 1.30 m depth

LIVING ROOM: Seating group, 3 armchairs, coffee table, TV, air conditioning.

KITCHEN: Modern American kitchen includes dining table and chairs, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, microwave oven, Turkish coffee machine, kettle, dinner set, cutlery set, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.

GARDEN: Private swimming pool, sun lounger, umbrella, garden seating group, garden dining table and chairs, private barbecue. (Transition to indoor pool)

INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and occasional sudden loads, internet connection problems may occur. Internet usage; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites can be easily accessed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All our villas that are intertwined with nature are regularly sprayed with pesticides. Despite all precautions, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surroundings. We definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 5,000 TL is taken at the entrance for damage, breakage, etc. If there are no problems such as breakage, loss or damage, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.

NOTE: Reservations are accepted for a cleaning fee of 7500₺ for accommodations of 5 nights or less.

NOTE: Pool heating is not included in the prices between October 1 - April 30. If heating is requested during these periods, a weekly heating fee of ₺7000 (may vary depending on the period) is charged as an extra. Guests who want pool heating should contact the company 3 days before entering the villa.
