DESCRIPTION: Villa Anemon is located in the Akbel area of ​​Antalya Kalkan, which has been known for its unique natural beauties and has been visited by thousands of foreign tourists for years. Villa Anemon offers its guests a dreamlike holiday. Villa Anemon 2 is prepared with quality home decoration accessories. All home decoration items are included in our comfortable villa. Our villa has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people. Our villa offers enjoyable days with its private pool and private garden. Our villa, which has a jacuzzi in the master bedroom, is waiting for you.

NOTE: The road leading to our villa is 150 m of broken concrete and steep.

1. BEDROOM: There is a double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom/WC.

2. BEDROOM: There are 2 single beds, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom/WC.

LIVING ROOM: There is a seating group, TV, air conditioning, armchair, coffee table, exit to the pool terrace.

KITCHEN: There is a dining table and chairs, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, tea maker, dinner set, cutlery set, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen products in the modern American kitchen.

GARDEN: There is a special registration book, umbrella, table tennis, table football, shalwar, pavilion, garden dining table and chairs, special subscription.

INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time, there may be problems with the internet connection. Internet use; access to social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas costs are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. are not included in the insurance prices. All our villas that are intertwined with nature are regularly sprayed. With all this, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the surroundings. We definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas where the pool is sheltered.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 5000 TL is taken as basis for damage, breakage, spillage, etc. upon entry. Any problems such as breakage, loss or damage can be returned upon exiting the villa without being resolved.

NOTE: Reservations are accepted for an additional 3000₺ cleaning fee for accommodations of 6 nights or less.

NOTE: Our villa has heated pool and is activated for a daily fee of 1000 TL (may vary depending on the season). Students who want pool heating must inform 3 days before entering the villa.
