How can I pay for my vacation?

Payment by Wire Transfer: After the prepayment (20%) is made to our account information sent to you, you will be sent your form confirming the reservation as soon as possible. The remaining payment of the accommodation fee is collected in cash on the day of arrival.


Is it possible to rent a Villa or a Summerhouse with the identity information of a single person? Is identification information required for all staying guests?

Unfortunately, one person's identity information is not enough. It has been made compulsory by law to transmit the identity information of all guests staying in the Villa or Summer House to the regional security units (Gendarmerie or Police).


Is there only family accommodation requirement in the Villa or Summer House?

Both family and friend group accommodation are accepted in Villas and Summer Houses. There is no family accommodation requirement.


Pool and Garden Cleaning Maintenance

Pool and garden cleaning of all our villas is done once a day on a regular basis. Cleaning and maintenance hours are usually morning hours, but on some days it may vary as evening hours.


Is it allowed to smoke in the Villa or the Summerhouse?

Smoking is not allowed in the closed areas of the Villas or Summer Houses.


What should we bring with us when we come to the villa?

The kitchen utensils of the villas are fully equipped and there are no products such as a blender, but a set of bath and face towels and beds are delivered to each room. Apart from your personal belongings, maybe you can bring your camera and laptop or iPod or a beach towel to use at the beach. In addition, the kitchen equipment of some of our buildings may be more equipped than the standards. This is a situation that is also at the initiative of the home owner.


What is the Minimum Rental Period?

In general, villas are rented on the condition that this period is 7 nights and 7 days during the high season and during the holidays. However, this period varies in some periods of some villas. We organize extra campaigns for the short periods between full dates in our villas and inform our customers on our website. Apart from these, the minimum rental period is determined as 7 days and 7 nights for each villa/apartment.



I filled out the Reservation Request form. Is my reservation finalized?

Just filling out the request form does not mean that you have rented the villa. For your reservation to be finalized, you have to pay a 20% down payment. After the payment is made, a confirmation document will be sent to you by us and your reservation will be finalized in this way.


What time can I enter the villas or cottages?

Usually our check-in hours are at 16:00 check-out hours are at 10.00. If our previous guests check out early, it is possible to check in to the Villas or Summer Houses early. If you have an early check-in request, you can contact our representatives one day before the check-in day.


Is there a catering service in the villas?

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, open buffet etc. in any of our villas, summer houses, apartments. We do not have a service. Food, beverage, consumable products etc. are not available in the villas you have rented. These must be provided by our guests. The kitchen section of our villas is designed to be suitable for cooking and the necessary tools and equipment are available.


Can we bring pets to the villas?

Unless otherwise stated, pets are not allowed in our villas.


How can I find out the location of the Villa or Summerhouse and how can I receive the key?

Some Villas or Cottages have encrypted key boxes, the password is sent to our guests before the check-in day. In some, the key is handed over to our guests by the attendant on the day of check-in. The location of the villa or cottage will be explained to you in detail by our representatives.


What should I do if I encounter a problem in the Villa or Summer House?

You will be sent the contact information of the friends who are on duty during the reservation process or on the day of check-in. If you encounter any problem or need something, you can contact our friends.


Is it possible to transfer from the airport to the Villa or Summerhouse?

Yes, if you have a transfer request, you can contact our representatives.


Are baby cots and baby chairs provided?

If you make such a request before check-in, this service is offered free of charge or paid (according to availability).
