EXPLANATION : Villa
Vip ; It is located in Kalkan Sarıbelen area. It consists of 3 bedrooms and has
an accommodation capacity of 7 people. Our villa has a heated indoor pool,
children's pool, table tennis, table football, swing, trampoline, slide,
children's playground, sauna, steam room and barbecue. Our villa has been made
conservative by closing its surroundings . It has a large garden where children
can have fun. It is our luxury and modern villa preferred by groups of friends
and families.

double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, TV, make-up table,
bathroom and wc .

KITCHEN : The
modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine,
dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN: There
is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, table tennis, table
football, swing, trampoline, slide, children's playground, sitting group and
barbecue.
INTERNET: The
villa has Wi -Fi. Internet connection problems may occur due to the
infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using
Internet; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. There is a
possibility of being found .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 5000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken , lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For
stays of 7 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 5000TL
cleaning fee.
NOTE : The pool of our villa is salty system and chlorine is not used.
NOTE: If requested, a bed can be provided for an extra fee of 750 TL per
day.
NOTE : If
pool heating is requested, a daily heating fee of 1250TL (may vary depending on
the season) is charged extra. Pool heating fee is calculated during the day of
stay. Guests who want pool heating should contact the contact person 3 days
before they enter the villa.
