DESCRIPTION: Villa Uğur is a fully
sheltered villa with a private pool located in Fethiye Kayaköy . There is a
jacuzzi by the pool. The accommodation capacity of our villa is 4 people. Villa
Uğur has a panoramic view of Kayaköy due to its location .
1. BEDROOM : There is 1 double bed,
wardrobe, bathroom, air conditioner and bedside table.
2. BEDROOM : There are 2 single beds,
bathroom, air conditioner.
HALL : Sofa set, TV, mini bookcase
KITCHEN: In the modern American kitchen,
there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dinnerware, cutlery set,
pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool,
Jacuzzi next to the pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, garden swings and sitting
group.
INTERNET: There is Wi -Fi in
the villa . Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of
the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media,
e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. We do not guarantee 100%
visibility in our villas with sheltered pools.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damage, broken, spilled,
etc. A deposit of 1000 TL is required at the entrance. If there are no problems
such as broken , lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at the exit of the
villa.
NOTE : Pets are accepted in our villa for an
extra 1000 TL per day. (Please specify the breed of your pet)
NOTE: For stays of 5 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 3000₺ cleaning fee.
NOTE : There are 25 steps at the entrance of
our villa.
