EXPLANATION : Our villa, located in Kayaköy
, a district of Fethiye district of Muğla, offers holiday lovers a wonderful
atmosphere away from the city and intertwined with nature with its historical
texture, old Greek houses and local flavors.

1. BEDROOM: There is a
double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, shower, WC , TV Jacuzzi.
2.BEDROOM : 2
single beds, WC + shower, air conditioning, TV.
HALL : There
is a seating group, a dining table, a shared toilet, a TV and air conditioning.
KITCHEN: There is a
modern stylish American kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher,
dinnerware and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN: There
is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, dining table and table
football.
INTERNET: There
is wifi. From time to time, there may be problems with the internet connection
due to sudden downloads. internet use; easy access to social media, e-mails,
newspapers and news sites
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. We do not guarantee 100%
visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 1000TL is required at the entrance. If there
are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at the
exit of the villa.
NOTE : For
stays of 7 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 1500₺ cleaning
fee.
